Directions	For great tasting fish or shrimp tacos. 1 packet Ortega® fish taco seasoning mix (1 oz). 1/4 cup of water. 2 Tbsp vegetable oil, divided. 2 lbs firm white fish fillets (cod, tilapia, halibut), cut into 1-inch strips, or large shrimp, peeled and deveined. 8-12 Ortega® yellow corn taco shells. Combine Ortega® fish taco seasoning mix with water and 1 Tbsp oil. Pour over fish or shrimp and marinate for 5 minutes. Heat remaining 1 Tbsp oil in 12-inch skillet and add fish or shrimp with marinade. Cook over medium-high heat for 5 minutes. Serve in warm Ortega® Taco Shells with a squeeze of fresh lime juice and your favorite taco toppings.
