Directions	You will need: Suggested cooking apples: Braeburn, Cortland, Empire, Gala, Golden Delicious, Granny Smith, Idared, Jonagold, Jonathan or Rome. 6-8 medium to large cooking apples (about 2 1/2lbs.) 5 tablespoons margarine or butter.
