Directions	Basic cooking instructions: 1 cup Roland® red quinoa. 2 cups water. 1/4 tsp Roland® sea salt. Bring water and salt to a boil in a saucepan. Add quinoa and reduce to a simmer. Cover and cook until all of the water is absorbed (about 15 minutes). You will know the quinoa is done when all of the grains have turned translucent and the spiral-like germ becomes visible. Makes 3 cups.
