Directions | Yield: seasons approximately 2 lbs of chicken wings. (24 small pieces or 10-12 full wings). Preparation: 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Rinse chicken wings and pat dry. 2. Empty seasoning packet into plastic bag or container. 3. Dip chicken in milk or buttermilk to moisten. 4. Place chicken pieces in container of spicy wings seasoning and toss to evenly coat wings. (If some seasoning remains in the container, you may wish to repeat steps 3 and 4. 5. Place chicken on foil lined baking sheet. 6. Lightly coat seasoned wings with non-stick cooking spray. 7. Bake in lower half of oven for 30-40 minutes or until thoroughly cooked. Drain on paper towels. Variations: Deep fat fry: deep fry chicken at 350 degrees until golden brown and thoroughly cooked. Drain on paper towels. To pan fry: pan fry chicken wings in oil over high heat until golden brown. Reduce heat and continue frying until thoroughly cooked. Drain on paper towels. |
