Directions | Cooking directions: 3 Easy steps. 1. Melt 5 Tbsp. butter or margarine in a saucepan. Add LA Fish Fry Shrimp Creole Base. Cook over medium heat for 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly. 2. Add 2 cups of cold water and an 8 oz. can of tomato sauce. Stir well. 3. Add 1 lb. of peeled, uncooked shrimp and bring to a boil. Reduce to low heat. Simmer uncovered for 15 minutes or until shrimp are thoroughly cooked and opaque in color (to 145°F). Serve over cooked rice. Enjoy! |
