Directions | Heat a cast-iron skillet over high heat. Dip fish filets in melted butter or margarine coating both sides well. Shake Louisiana fish fry products' blackened seasoning generously and evenly on both sides. Cook over high heat for 1 1/2 minutes per side until charred and an internal temperature of at least 145 degrees F is reached for fish. For meat or poultry cook until at least 165 degrees F. Cook in well ventilated area. Will produce intense smoke. |
