Directions Keep frozen. Preparation Instructions: Microwave Oven: 1. Stand package upright (or lay face down) in microwave oven. Do not puncture package. 2. Microwave on high for 5 to 6 minutes. Tear or cut the top of the bag open where indicated. 5. Pour contents out, mix well, and season to taste. Enjoy! Stove Top: 1. Place the desired amount of frozen vegetables in a small amount (1/2 to 1 cup) of boiling water. 2. Bring the water rapidly to a second boil. Cover the pan and reduce heat. 3. Cook gently for 5 to 8 minutes or until tender. Avoid overcooking. Cook to 165°F for quality and food safety.
