Place the desired amount of frozen vegetables in a small amount (1/2 to 1 cup) of boiling water. 2. Bring the water rapidly to a second boil. Cover the pan and reduce heat. 3. Cook gently for 5 to 8 minutes or until tender. Avoid overcooking. Cook to 165 degrees F for quality and food safety.
