Directions	Brewing Instructions: 1. Start with fresh-roasted, aromatic coffee. 2. Use fresh, filtered cold water for the best taste. 3. Brew using one and a half tablespoons of ground coffee for each six ounces of water and adjust to taste. 4. Complement by your liking with cream and sugar. Storage Instructions: Before opening, store in a cool, dry place. After opening, replace lid and store coffee away from heat and moisture. To make iced coffee: Brew coffee stronger than usual (up to twice normal preferred strength). If using sugar or other sweetener, add it to the hot coffee so it dissolves more easily. Allow hot coffee to cool to room temperature prior to serving. Pour coffee over ice and add milk or cream if desired. Stir well and enjoy! To make cold-brewed coffee: Place ground coffee in a glass jar, add water, and stir to combine. Coffee to water ratio should be one quart water for every two ounces of coffee. Cover and set aside at room temperature for 12 hours or overnight. Strain through a large paper coffee filter, a fine sieve, or a strainer lined with cheesecloth.
