Cooking instructions: Your culinary adventure begins here! Remember to keep frozen at -18°C (0°F) until you're ready to chef it up™. Do not refreeze, please. For optimal food safety and quality, please be sure to follow these cooking instructions:
Thaw instructions: Never thaw at room temperature. Remove frozen fillets from packaging and place in a single layer in a clean, sanitized container. Cover and place under refrigeration (38°F or below) overnight.
Grill instructions (from thawed): Season the grill with oil to prevent fish from sticking. Preheat grill on medium-high. Place thawed fish in center of 13" x 13" square of foil, glazed side up. Fold and seal foil to make a loose pouch. Place pouch on grill and cook 14 - 16 minutes.
Conventional oven instructions (from frozen): Remove frozen fillets from packaging. Place oven rack in center of the oven. Preheat oven to 400°F. Place frozen fish in a single layer on a shallow baking pan. Bake for 20 - 25 minutes.
Note: Since appliances vary, be sure to cook to a minimum temperature of 165°F before enjoying! Microwave cooking not recommended.
