Cooking Instructions:
Your culinary adventure begins here! Remember to keep frozen until you're ready to chef it up™. Do not refreeze, please. For optimal food safety and quality, please be sure to follow these cooking instructions:
Conventional oven(Preferred method):
• Preheat oven to 400°F.
• Place frozen fillets in single layer on a shallow, foil-lined baking pan.
• Bake for 22-25 minutes.
Microwave oven:
• Place 2 frozen fillets in a single layer in a microwaveable dish.
• Cover loosely and cook on high power for 6 1/2 - 7 minutes.
• For best results, rotate once halfway through cooking.
• Let stand covered for 2 minutes before serving.
Finishing Sauce:
Two ways to enjoy the finishing sauce:
1) Cold- Place sauce packet in refrigerator overnight, or place in cold water to thaw. Knead packet before opening.
2) Hot- Pour sauce from thawed packet (see above) into a microwaveable container and heat on high for 10-15 seconds.
Alternatively, pour sauce from thawed packet into a saucepan and heat over medium heat for 1-2 minutes.
Drizzle sauce over fish before serving.
