Directions	Keep frozen. Once thawed, do not freeze. Cooking directions: Stove top: 1. Bring 1/2 cup water to a boil. 2. Place frozen power blend in boiling water. Cover and boil 8-10 minutes. 3. Drain, season and serve. Microwave: 1. Place frozen power blend in a microwave-safe 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. 2. Add 2 tablespoons water and cover. 3.
