Directions	Pour the contents of this one pound package into a bowl and add 1 cup clams and juice (8 oz.). Add 1 1/2 cups of water and stir until smooth. Drop batter into vegetable oil or canola oil (350 degrees) turning gently for 3-4 minutes. Drain on absorbant paper. Will make 3-4 dozen clam cakes. For corn fritters substitute canned corn for calm, adjusting total liquid as above. Keep cool! Kenyon's clam cake mix will last indefinitely in your refrigerator.
