Directions | Cooking Instructions: Stir 1 cup of Village Harvest Black Rice with 1 3/4 cups of water and a dash of salt in a 2-quart pot. Bring to a boil, cover, reduce heat to low and simmer for 30 minutes. Remove from heat and allow to stand for 5-7 minutes. Fluff with fork and serve. Makes about 3 cups cooked rice. May be cooked in a rice cooker, following manufacturer's instructions, for the same delicious results. |
