Thawing of the product is not recommended.
Conventional oven: preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Place frozen product on baking sheet, cook for 12 to 14 minutes until crisp.
Convection oven: preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Place frozen product on baking sheet, cook for 8 to 10 minutes until crisp.
Deep fry: heat oil to 350 degrees F. Fry frozen product for 3 to 3 1/2 minutes until until golden brown.
Oven temperatures and cooking times may vary substantially. Test cooked fish by inserting fork at thickest part of the fillet. Fish should flake with gentle pressure, and flesh should be opaque. (Internal temperature should be at least 165 degrees F.) We strive to produce a fully "boneless" product. As with all fish, however, occasional bones may still be present.
