Microwave oven only:
1. Remove cup from outer carton; remove film and discard.
2. Using a 1100 watt model cook on high for 1 minute and 15 seconds. Using a 700 watt model cook on high for 2 minutes.
3. Remove cup from microwave and stir.
4. Cook on high for 1 minute. Let stand in microwave for 30 seconds.
5. When removing from microwave, hold on to the lip of the cup. Stir and enjoy! For thinner consistency, stir 1-2 tbsp water or nonfat milk into fully cooked oatmeal.
