Directions |
What you need:
1 pound thawed fish fillets.
1 egg, beaten.
Cooking oil or non-stick cooking spray.
About 1/2 cup Shore Lunch oven style breading.
1 box of Shore Lunch Oven Style Breading coats about 2-3 pounds of fish. Use 4 eggs, beaten when using the entire box.
For baking:
1. Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
2. Cut fillets into 4-inch pieces and pat dry.
3. Place breading and egg into separate shallow bowls.
4. Dip fish into egg, then coat with breading, pressing to coat all sides thoroughly.
5. Place breaded fish on lightly sprayed/oiled, shallow baking pan. Bake uncovered until done, about 15-25 minutes, or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
6. For the crispiest texture, let fish stand for 3-5 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
Not recommended for microwave preparation.
