Directions Previously handled frozen for your protection, refreeze or keep refrigerated. Uncooked. Cooking directions: Appliances vary. Heating, times approximate. Oven: Heat oven to 300 degrees F. Wrap ribs in double layer of foil and place in shallow roasting pan. Bake for two hours or to an internal temperature of 190 degrees. Open foil and place ribs under broiler for 3 to 4 minutes until browned. Grill: Pre-heat grill to med-low heat. Wrap ribs in double layer of foil and place on grill rack for 90 minutes. Cook to an internal temperature of 190 degrees to 200 degrees. Remove ribs from foil and place directly over heat for five minutes per side or until evenly browned. (Grill and oven temperatures vary - times are approximate).
