Directions	The Cobb Turkey Burger: makes 1 serving 1 Butterball® white turkey burger patty. 1 Strip butterball turkey bacon, cooked, chopped. 1 Brioche or kaiser roll, toasted. 2 Tbsp dijonnaise. 1/4 cup shredded lettuce. 1 Slice tomato. 3 thinly sliced red onion rings. 2 Tbsp crumbled blue cheese. 3 slices avocado. 1. Preheat grill to medium direct heat. 2. Spread cut sides of roll with dijonnaise. Top bottom half with lettuce, tomato and onion rings. 3. Grill turkey burger according to package directions to an internal temperature of 165°F. Sprinkle blue cheese over burger. Continue cooking about 1 minute or until cheese is melted. 4. Place cheese topped burger over onion rings. Top burger with bacon and avocado slices, Cover with top of roll and serve. Cooking Directions: Grilling: Preheat grills. Spray both sides of frozen burgers lightly with oil. Place 4" above medium flame. Grill 5 minutes on one side. Turn and grill other side 5-7 minutes until fully cooked.* Broiling: Broil Frozen burgers 4" under heat 5 minutes on one side. Turn and broil other side 5-7 minutes until fully cooked.* Skillet: Preheat nonstick skillet on medium heat (2 minutes). Spray both sides of frozen burgers lightly with oil. Cook 5 minutes on one side. Turn and cook other side 5-7 minutes until fully cooked.* * To check for doneness, insert thermometer in center of burger. Internal temperature should be 165°F for safety.
