Directions | This shoulder butt is fully cooked and can be served hot or cold (do not overcook). Boil: 1). Remove outer wrappers and place in pan. 2). Cover with water and simmer about 30 minutes per pound or to an internal temperature of 140 degrees F. Roast: 1). Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. 2). Remove outer wrappers before cooking. 3). Place in baking pan and cover with lid or completely seal with foil. 4). Bake approximately 30 minutes per pound or to an internal temperature of 140 degrees F. Microwave: 1). Remove outer wrappers before cooking. 2). Place in microwave-safe dish and cover. 3). At 30% powder, cook approximately 17-20 minutes per pound or to an internal temperature of 140 degrees F. |
