Directions	Keep frozen. For food safety and quality, follow the cooking directions. Before eating, cook thoroughly to at least 160 degrees F as measured by an instant-read food thermometer. Keep frozen until ready to cook. Adjust cook times and heat settings as needed. Refrigerate leftovers. Microwave: 1. Place pouch on microwavable plate. Cut small slit in center. 2. Microwave on high according to chart until thoroughly cooked. 3. Let stand 1 minute. Caution: hot! : cut off end of pouch; empty squash into serving dish. Spoon remaining squash from pouch. Stir. Microwave wattage - time on high. 1200 - 5 1/2 to 6 minutes. 1000 - 6 1/2 to 8 1/2 minutes. 700 - 8 1/2 to 9 minutes. *Microwave wattages vary; adjust cook time for the wattage of your microwave. Do not leave microwave unattended. Stove-top: place unopened pouch in 3-quart saucepan of vigorously boiling water. Boil uncovered 27 minutes, turning after 14 minutes, until thoroughly cooked. Caution: hot! Cut off end of pouch; empty into serving dish. Stir.
