Directions	For food safety and quality, follow the cooking directions. Before eating, cook thoroughly to at least 160°F. Keep frozen until ready to cook. Adjust cook times and heat settings as needed. Refrigerate leftovers. Microwave: 1. Place pouch on microwavable plate. Cut small slit in center. 2. Microwave on high according to chart until thoroughly cooked. 3. Let stand 1 minute. Caution: Hot! Cut off end of pouch; empty spinach into serving dish. Spoon remaining spinach from pouch. Stir. Microwave wattage* ... Time on high. 1200 ... 6 to 7 minutes. 1000 ... 7 to 8 1/2 minutes. 700 ... 9 1/2 minutes. *Microwave wattages vary; adjust cook time for the wattage of your microwave. Do not leave microwave unattended. Stove-top: Place unopened pouch in a 3-quart saucepan of vigorously boiling water. Boil uncovered 30 minutes, turning after 15 minutes, until thoroughly cooked.
