Directions | For food safety and quality, follow the cooking directions. Before eating, cook thoroughly to at least 160°F as measured by an instant-read food thermometer. Keep frozen until ready to cook. Adjust cook times and heat settings as needed. Refrigerate leftovers. Stove-top directions: Heat 1/4 cup water to boiling in 1-quart saucepan. Add vegetables. Cover; cook over medium-high heat 6 to 8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thoroughly cooked. Drain. Microwave directions: Important: Do not microwave in bag. Pour vegetables and 2 tablespoons water into 1-quart round microwavable casserole dish. Cover; microwave on high according to chart, stirring halfway through cook time, until thoroughly cooked. Caution: Hot! uncover carefully; stir well. Drain. Microwave wattage* ...
