Ingredients Salt, Modified Food Starch, Sugar, Caramel Color, Spices (including Turmeric), Garlic, Onion, Bromelain (from Pineapple), Autolyzed Yeast Extract, Silicon Dioxide (Prevents Caking), Natural Flavors.
Directions All you need: 2/3 cup water. 1 - to 2-1/2 lbs round steak. Makes 2/3 cup marinade: 1. In small bowl, combine spices & seasonings and water. 2. In nonaluminum baking dish or resealable plastic bag, arrange steak. Pour marinade over steak; turn to coat. Cover, or close bag, and marinate in refrigerator, turning occasionally, about 15 minutes. 3. Remove steak from marinade, discarding marinade. Cook steak to desired doneness. Wine marinade: Decrease water to 1/3 cup and add 1/3 cup dry red wine. Continue preparing as directed.
