Directions	Ready in less than 40 minutes. You will need: 1 lb. lean ground beef. 1-1/4 cups water. 1-1/2 cups 2% milk. 2 tbsp. unsalted butter. Make it. Heat oven to 425 degrees F. Create the beef filling: Brown 1 lb. lean ground beef in large skillet; drain. Return meat to skillet. Add 1-1/4 cups water, vegetables and seasoning; stir. Bring to boil; cook 1 min. Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer 5 min., stirring frequently. Prepare the potato topping: Combine mashed potatoes, 1-1/2 cups milk and 2 tbsp unsalted butter in microwaveable bowl. Microwave on high 3 min.; stir. Assemble the casserole: Spoon beef filling into 2-qt. casserole. Spread cheese sauce over beef filling. Cover with potato topping.
