Directions	Just add water. Cooking directions: Stove top: Step 1: In a medium saucepan, bring 2 1/4 cups of water to boil. Add 1 tbsp of Olive oil or butter. Add 1 cup of Neilly's zesty rice & red beans mix, stir and cover tightly. Step 2: Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes or until water is fully absorbed. Step 3: Remove from heat, let stand for 5 minutes, fluff with a fork and serve. Step 2: Cover and cook on medium power for 20 minutes.
