Keep frozen.
Cook thoroughly.
Heating directions:
Before you begin, read the cooking instructions from beginning to end. Keep frozen until ready to use.
For food safety and quality, heat to a minimum internal temperature of 165°F. Prepare only one bag at a time. Never leave cooking appliance unattended during use. Children should be supervised.
Microwave in bag (Recommended method):
1. Place unopened bag this side up on microwave-safe plate.
2. Microwave on high for 4 mins.
3. Let stand 1 min in microwave to complete cooking.
4. Avoid squeezing the bag and handling bag near the steam release area as hot steam will escape there. Carefully pick up the bag. Use scissors to cut open bag along the top seal.
5. Pour meal onto a plate, stir and enjoy!
Caution: package and meal are hot. If mishandled or overheated, product can become extremely hot and cause burns Use care when handling this product.
Cooking instructions developed using an 1100 watt microwave. Adjustment to cooking time may be required. Appliance performance varies. Always follow manufacturer's instructions.
On the stove:
1. Pour 3 tbsp. of water in a 3 quart saucepan and heat to steaming.
2. Cut open contents of bag with scissors, and pour the food into the steaming water.
3. Reduce heat to medium.
4. Cover and let cook for 4 mins. Stir occasionally.
5. Remove lid and cook an additional 2 mins while stirring constantly.
6. Pour contents onto a plate and enjoy!
