Directions	Keep frozen. Cook thoroughly. For food safety and quality, follow these cooking directions: Keep frozen until ready to use. Do not use toaster oven. For food safety and quality, heat to a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees F. Never leave cooking appliance unattended while in use. Children should be supervised. Microwave oven (suggested method): 1. Remove entree from carton. Pull up one corner of the film to vent . 2. Microwave on high for 2 1/2 minutes. 3. Stir Kashi pilaf. Replace film. 4. Microwave on high an additional 1 1/2 minutes. 5. Let stand 2 minutes in microwave to complete cooking. 6. Package is hot. Carefully remove film and serve. Microwave ovens vary. Adjustment to cooking time may be required. Developed in a 1,100 watt oven. Always follow manufacturer's instructions. Conventional oven: 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Do not exceed 350 degrees F. 2. Remove entree from carton. 3. Place tray on a cookie sheet. Cut a one-inch slit in the center of the film. 4. Place cookie sheet with tray in the center of the oven and cook for 35-40 minutes. 5. Carefully remove cookie sheet with tray from oven. Let stand 2 minutes. 6. Package is hot.
