Directions	Keep dough refrigerated. Thaw before opening. Classic Sugar Cookies: Heat oven to 350°F (or 325°F for nonstick cookie sheet). Shape dough into 1 1/4-inch balls. Place balls 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 11 to 15 minutes or until edges are light golden brown. Cool 2 minutes; remove from cookie sheet. Cut-Out Cookies: Heat oven to 350°F (or 325°F for nonstick cookie sheet). Sprinkle about 1/4 cup flour onto work surface. Spoon out desired amount of cookie dough, coating all sides with flour. Roll dough 1/4 inch thick, using additional flour as needed to prevent sticking. Cut with cookie cutters dipped in flour. Place 1 inch apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 7 to 10 minutes or until edges are light golden brown. Cool 1 minute; remove from cookie sheet. Cool completely. Frost and decorate if desired.
