Check that food is cooked thoroughly to 165°F. Microwave oven: Cook only one at a time. Developed with 1100-watt microwave ovens. Remove from box and place on microwave-safe plate. Cut a 1-inch slit in center of the film. Cook on high for 4 1/2 to 5 1/2 minutes. Check that food is cooked thoroughly to 165°F. Carefully remove film after cooking. Keep frozen. Do not thaw.
