Stir brownie mix, water, oil and egg in medium bowl until well blended. Pour half of the batter (about 1 cup) into pan; spread evenly. Squeeze salted caramel pouch about 10 seconds. Cut 1/4-inch tip from corner of pouch. Squeeze salted caramel evenly over brownie batter to edges of pan (do not spread). Spoon remaining brownie batter over salted caramel; spread evenly. Bake as directed below or until toothpick inserted 2 inches from side of pan comes out almost clean; cool. Betty's tip: To cut warm brownies easily, use a plastic knife and short sawing motions. Store tightly covered. Pan size: 8"x8" ... 9"x9" ... 11"x7". Bake time (in minutes): 35-38 ... 30-33 ... 28-31. High altitude (3500-6500 ft): Stir 1 Tbsp all-purpose flour into dry brownie mix.
