Directions	You will need: For brownie batter: 1/4 cup water + 1/3 cup vegetable oil + 1 egg. For mint drizzle: 1/2 teaspoon vegetable oil. Heat oven to 350 degrees F for shiny metal or glass pan or 325 degrees F for dark or nonstick pan. Grease bottom of pan. Stir brownie mix, water, 1/3 cup oil and egg in medium bowl until well blended. Spread evenly in pan. Bake as directed below or until toothpick inserted 2 inches from side of pan comes out almost clean; cool. Place mint chips and 1/2 teaspoon oil in small microwavable bowl. Microwave on high 25 to 30 seconds; stir until chips are melted. (Microwave 10 seconds longer if needed.) Drizzle over brownies. Betty's tip: to cut warm brownies easily, use a plastic knife and short sawing motions. Store tightly covered. Pan size - 8"x8" - 9"x9" - 11"x7". Bake time (in minutes) - 35-38 - 30-33 - 28-31. High altitude (3500-6500 ft): stir 1 tbsp all-purpose flour into dry brownie mix. For cakelike brownies, use 1/4 cup water, 1/3 cup vegetable oil and 2 eggs.
