Directions | Keep frozen. Do not thaw. Cook thoroughly. For food safety & quality follow these instructions carefully: Microwave cooking instructions. Microwave ovens vary - adjust cooking times as needed to reach 165-f as measured by a food thermometer taken in several spots. Keep frozen- - do not thaw. Cook thoroughly to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F. Cook 1 product at a time. Promptly refrigerate any leftovers. reheat before serving. 1. Remove tray from box. 2. Microwave on high for 4 minutes. 3. Peel film back and stir thoroughly. Replace film on tray and microwave again for 3 to 4 minutes. 4. Carefully remove tray from microwave. Let stand for 1 to 2 minutes.* Remove film, stir and serve. Caution: Contents will be hot. Microwave directions developed with 1000 watt microwave ovens. Microwave ovens vary in power; adjust cooking times accordingly. For microwave ovens less than 1000 watts, please use oven instructions. Conventional oven cooking instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. 2. Cut 1-inch slit in center of film. 3. Place tray on baking sheet on middle oven rack. Cook for 45 to 50 minutes. Stir halfway through cooking. 4.
