Directions	Keep frozen. Cooking directions. For food safety and best quality, cook to a temperature of 160 degrees F. Microwave. 1) Place vegetables in microwave safe dish. Add 2 tablespoons water (1 tablespoon for half package). 2) Cover and microwave on high 7-8 minutes (4-5 minutes* for half package); stir halfway through cooking. 3) Drain. (Microwave ovens vary in power; adjust cooking time accordingly). Stovetop. 1) Place vegetables in saucepan. Add 1/3 cup water (1/4 cup for half package). 2) Bring water to a full boil over high heat; reduce heat to medium. 3) Cover and simmer 5-6 minutes* (2-3 minutes* for half package), stirring occasionally. 4) Drain. Store tightly closed in freezer at 0 degrees F. From our chef. Summer baby corn salsa (makes 5 cups): 1) Cook baby gold & white corn according to package directions. 2) Chop 2 medium tomatoes and 1 medium red onion. Mince 1 garlic clove. 3) Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, add 2 tbs. finely chopped cilantro, juice of 1/2 time, salt & pepper. 4) Gently stir to mix. Chill and serve.
