Directions	Keep frozen. Cooking directions: For food safety and best quality, cook to a temperature of 160 degrees F. Microwave. 1) Place peas in microwave safe dish. Add 1 tablespoon water (1 tablespoon for half package). 2) Cover and microwave on high 6 1/2 minutes (3 1/2 minutes* for half package); stir halfway through cooking. 3) Drain. (Cook time based on 1200 watt microwave; cook time may need to be adjusted for your microwave.) Stovetop. 1) Place peas in saucepan. Add 1/2 cup water (1/3 cup for half package). 2) Bring water to a full boil over high heat. Reduce heat to medium-high and cover. Cook for 3-4 minutes* (2-3 minutes* for half package), stirring occasionally. 3) Drain. From our chef. Baby peas with prosciutto (serves 4): 1) cook Birds Eye® baby sweet peas according to package directions. 2) Coarsely chop 2 thin slices prosciutto. 3) Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a skillet. Add prosciutto and cook over medium heat for 4 minutes. 4) Add peas and 1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint. 5) Cook until heated through. Store tightly closed in freezer at 0 degrees F.
