Directions	Keep frozen. Cook thoroughly. Do not puncture or open this bag prior to microwaving. Easy prep: These cook preparations were developed using a 1200 watt microwave oven on high. Due to variations in ovens, adjustment to cooking time may be required. Do not puncture or open this bag prior to microwaving! What you'll need: 2/3 cup milk. 2 tbsp butter. 1. Place unopened bag in microwave, this side up, evenly distribute potatoes, and microwave on high for 10 minutes. 2. Let stand for 2 minutes. Using oven mitts, remove carefully, using both hands to grasp bag at top corners. 3. Cut top of bag along dotted line to open, and pour potatoes into large bowl. 4. Mash lightly, add 2/3 cup milk and 2 tbsp butter, then mash to desired smoothness and season to taste. Caution contents will be hot! Bag inflates slowly during cooking and allows steam to escape through special vents. Alternate directions: (to prepare without using the bag). Full bag: Pour contents of bag into a large microwave-safe bowl, add 1/3 cup of water. Cover and microwave on high for 12 minutes, stirring halfway through.* Let stand for 2 minutes. Add 1/3 cup milk and 2 tbsp butter, then mash to desired smoothness and season to taste. Half bag: Pour 1/2 contents (2-1/2 cups) of bag into a medium microwave safe bowl. Cover and microwave on high for 6 minutes, stirring halfway through.* Let stand for 2 minutes. Add 1/3 cup milk and 1 tbsp butter, then mash to desired smoothness and season to taste.
