Directions	Store in a cool, dry place. For 1 pouch, you will need: Cold water. 1 Egg. Directions for 1 pouch: 1. Combine 1 pouch, 1 cup cold water and 1 egg in a small bowl and stir with fork until well blended. 2. Let stand for 10 minutes, while preheating lightly greased griddle on medium-high heat. 3. Cook pancakes by pouring 1/3 cup batter for each pancake onto hot, greased griddle. Cook 1-2 minutes or until edges are lightly browned. Flip and cook another 1-2 minutes or until golden brown. Tip: For crisper pancakes, add a little more oil to griddle. Refrigerate leftovers. High altitude: No adjustment necessary.
