Directions	For extra freshness, store nuts in refrigerator. Reclosable package. Delicious Toasted Almonds with seasoning. 1 cup shelled Diamond Almonds. 1 to 2 teaspoons butter or margarine, melted. Choice of seasonings (see below). Spread almonds on baking sheet or in shallow pan. Toast at 350 degrees F for 12 to 15 minutes, stirring several times. Toss toasted almonds with butter until evenly coated. Sprinkle with choice of seasonings below. Bake at 350 degrees F for 3 minutes to allow seasonings to bake onto almonds. Cool. Store in airtight container in cool place. Makes 1 cup. Mille-Herb: 1 teaspoon Beau Monde seasoning. 1 teaspoon dry parsley flakes. Ginger-Soy: 1 tablespoon soy sauce. 1 teaspoon ground ginger (allow to bake 5 minutes). Garlic: 1 teaspoon garlic salt. 1 teaspoon dry parsley flakes.
